How do I order tags?
For tags under 10 square inches, you may order online or by mail, fax, email or phone with our online feedback / order form.
For large orders or for tags over 10 square inches, you should download our quote template and fill it out.
Then just email the filled out template back to us or print it out and fax or mail.
You may also phone in your order.
You may use payment options of company credit card, company check or "PO" numbers.

Can I order with a PO (purchase order) number?

Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes, we offer the following discounts based on the number tags:
10 - 19 tags = 5% discount
20 - 29 tags = 10% discount
30 - 49 tags = 15% discount
51 - 74 tags = 20% discount
75 - 99 tags = 25% discount
100- 500 tags = 30% discount
500 plus tags = 35% discount

What size nameplates do you offer?
Nameplates can be any size from 1/4" x 1/4" to 12" x 20" or even larger.

What size text can I put on my nameplates?
The size of your text can be anywhere from .070" to 6". This will depend mostly on the size of your tags and their purpose. For help with selecting the proper size text, please

How do I determine the thickness of my tags?
You have a choice between 1/16" and 1/8" thickness. Standard nameplates are made with the 1/16" thickness which is perfect for most applications. The thicker 1/8" material is appropriate for nameplates to be drilled for tie-wrap or tie-wire applications and is also useful for larger engraved signage that is to be mounted on something other than a flat surface.

What is the difference between glossy and matte finish?
The glossy finish has a lacquered, mirror type finish that is excellent for repelling dirt and grime. The matte finish is a flat, lightly textured finish that is generally scratch resistant and has no glare.

What are the mounting options?
You may choose mounting holes or an adhesive backing.
Mounting holes are for nameplates that will be mounted using screws. You will need to choose whether you would like 2 or 4 holes for your nameplates. This will determine the position of your mounting holes. Two holes will be centered on the narrow sides of your nameplates and four holes would be placed in the corners. You may choose the distance from edge for your holes (distance from edge of nameplate to center of hole) or you can leave it to Peacock to decide the best distance for you.
Adhesive backed nameplates use a very strong foam double-sided tape that is for interior or exterior use. The entire back of the nameplate is covered with this adhesive except for larger plates.
You can also elect to have no tape adhesive or holes drilled when you don't know the mouting method or you are mounting with brackets or liquid adhesives. Or,you may choose to have both mounting holes and adhesive for an additional fee.

How do I determine the drilling hole size?
Your drilling hole size will depend on the size of screw you will be using. The chart below shows screw sizes and the hole size you would order.
